basic programm

RelaWeb is the basic programm of the RELA software. The program is web based and allows both, the tire storage service providers as well as car dealerships an uncomplicated use.

Via the web frontend the car dealership employees can appoint a wheelset pickup to the tire storage service provider. During the collection and transfer of the wheelsets the wheelset-labels of the respective wheelsets are scanned with a PDA. After the synchronization of the PDA, the data is automatically being recorded into the web frontend. Data files can now be seen, edited and managed. More information, for example the assignation of a storage bin or the washing and balancing of the wheelsets can partially optional be entered while taking into storage. A delivery of wheelsets is also by request of the cardealership to the service provider via the web frontend. Tailor-structured delivery lists simplify the retriebal and delivery for the service provider. Time-saving scanning of the wheelset-labels accelerate the processflow.

All of our RELA customers recieve a folder with the current wheelset-labels for testing purposes. After a wheel washing the barcode can be scanned and checked for legibility. That way the appropriate type of label which is suitable for the particular use can be found for each customer. Following you get a general idea of the available wheelset-labels.
